Final results of the Feb 17th workshop are here: Final Results of the February Open Government Directive Workshop.doc
The OGD Workshop's Team #4 (i.e., the "online Team") was created in response to (A) requests from those who were not able to travel to Washington, D.C. to attend the Workshop in person, and (B) the benefit of having "outside-the-beltway" perspectives.
Team #4 members discussed OpenGov ideas by simultaneously using (1) two 2-hour, moderated phone-conference calls, (2) a special GovLoop discussion area, and (3) the OpenGSA "citizen engagement tool".

5. Ask for Public Input on Design of OMB's "Best Practices" Forum
(as per Open Government Directive, Section 3.c.i and iii).

http://opengsa.ideascale.com/a/dtd/26260-6960
7. Create Social Network for Grant Management

8. Default Setting is Real-time Access for Public Docs
(unless specifically excepted, all government documents placed online immediately; no need for FOIA)
9. Create an Open Platform for "Apps for Data Transparency"
An open/social platform where citizen developers can contribute apps that they make from the data sets in our data.gov catalogue...i.e, computer scientists, digital media developers, design students - anyone really - via outreach efforts such as this one:
http://opengsa.ideascale.com/a/dtd/29668-6960
10. Provide Feedback on Public Input and Comments
(The White House responded to relatively few ideas on its OpenGov.Ideascale.com in 2009. See also, IAP2's "Core Values for Public Participation" -> Items #2 and #7 .)
