***Truncated session, abbreviated due to low turnout.  2 people. 

-       Brief discussion related to whether departments/agencies will take a largely superficial approach to OGD compliance vs. taking concrete steps to improve accountability, collaboration and participation.

-       Consensus seemed to be that there’s little guidance being provided by OMB.

-       Loose brainstorm about whether it would be worthwhile to create a “Best Practices” wiki for cross-government collaboration and information sharing.  Not to compete with the Collaboration Network, but to compliment it with mock-ups of actual websites and ways to comply with OGD.
